Mission Statement
The mission of the J.A.O.A. officiating program is to provide an opportunity for all officials to improve themselves as officials while upgrading the quality of officiating in the local associations. This will coincide with a greater effort to provide consistency in officiating throughout the state and to promote an enhanced spirit of the high school philosophy by serving as teachers and role models for all students involved in interscholastic competition.
